Dispense head for PCR tubes

This dispensing head allows the smallest quantities dispensed directly out of a PCR tube. Our new type of valve connection with a PCR reservoir enables residue-free processing of the medium. The PCR tube is emptied via a pressure connection and pumped directly into the specially designed valve seat. Therefore, only a minimal amount of the medium is left in the connection and the valve seat.

Especially for applications where only small amounts of medium are available, this method is unbeatable.

This dispensing head works with a Superior Jet valve for fast, precisely and persistently dispensing. Our piezo valves provide the highest accuracy requirements for opening times and speed. With the SuperiorJet technology, closing edges and degrees of opening can be adjusted individually. 

Overall, the valve system’s easy handling allows easy cleaning of all parts and the complete replaceability of all parts subject to regular wear, keep set-up costs, maintenance and overall cost of operation, to a minimum.
